Ok, the picture an inch north of here might not be the most accurate representation of the last few months.

True, I’ve filmed a number of subjects since the last monday9am film in February. But not that many. Although I do have many ‘in the can‘, and am currently working on films touching the subjects of; the opportunity within the meaning of family, the true nature of beauty, and on the subtle nature of prison.

And I haven’t a vast back-catalogue of new & unscreened films made. Yet. It never seems to have worked to such a plan, despite being an eminently sensible course of action that might have left me with a reasonable head of hair.

But I have had the opportunity to stop in my tracks. At least for a while. To look around and to re-create. And to build this new site for Soul Biographies.

Something outside of film. Into an audio series, a possibility I have always been drawn to. I’m still working on this one. In time for the launch of THUNK.

Avid monday9am viewers will have noticed that most films in the Soul Biographies library are re-made & re-stylised monday9am films. But now there is somewhere to screen the films - soulbiographies.com - I aim to become as prolific a film-maker as time allows. Perhaps not a film a week though. I am sure the schedule will works itself out.

Now I can’t wait to get going. I’ve missed the journey of making films. Many films.

So, with the new content streaming in by 1st September, let’s see where this Soul Biographies journey might take us.
