‘it’ - the movie

Tags: , , , ,

You have a story worth telling. A story beyond powerful. But a story that’s difficult to tell. The world has to experience it, to experience you, in order to understand.

Your attempts to articulate that ‘vision’ and why you do what you do using words, falls short. Way short. Even to yourself.

What if you were able to capture ‘it’ on film. A captivating articulation of what you have always meant to say. And were then able to show the world.

After shooting this film (commission) and before its release, global innovation agency Maddock Douglas experienced a 25% rise in sales

This is what Mike Maddock, their founding partner had to say;

‘… I met Nic at an MIT, global entrepreneurship program. Nic’s message, technique, passion and results immediately captured my imagination–so much so that we hired him to take a closer look at our company. Within a month, Nic had helped us to rediscover a part of our company that our clients cherished but we could no longer see. We’ve taken his valuable insight seriously and it has made our work better and our people happier. Most importantly, it has lead to clarity of vision which makes decisions about our future easier and more powerful.’

conditional exposure

————————

I was recently caught out. Caught by surprise.

I had been commissioned to make a film for a start up company who wanted to show the world their ‘attitude’. Their naked attitude. After the work had been completed they decided to only pay me a part of what we had agreed. Because they had decided to change course. They had not run out of money, not truly. Read the full story
